Forgings

Our forging production lines cover open die forging, closed die forging, hot forging and cold forging. We specialize in manufacturing high strength, high toughness forgings for harsh working conditions. Forged parts boast improved metal density, mechanical properties and fatigue resistance, and are widely used in core mechanical components subject to heavy loads, impacts and high pressure.

We support personalized customization of forgings with varied specifications, shapes and performance parameters, ranging from small precision forgings to large heavy‑duty forgings. With mature forging techniques and precise heat‑treatment processes (annealing, quenching, tempering), we ensure consistent product performance and compliance with international industrial strength standards.

Welding

We offer professional custom welding and metal processing services, including TIG welding, laser welding and submerged arc welding as well as assembly welding. Backed by an experienced welding team and advanced automatic welding equipment, we produce neat, sound welds free of pores and deformation. We undertake custom fabrication of various structural weldments, equipment frames, metal supports and engineered welded components.

All welded products undergo rigorous tensile testing, airtightness testing, and visual inspection, ensuring reliable structural stability and corrosion resistance. We can precisely tailor our products to meet customers’ drawings and technical specifications, offering comprehensive services that integrate welding, polishing, surface treatment, and finishing.

CNC Machining

Equipped with multiple CNC lathes, machining centers, and 4-axis/5-axis precision machining equipment, we offer a full range of machining services, including high-precision CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping, precision grinding, and precision boring. We specialize in processing various complex, irregularly shaped parts, precision shafts, valve bodies, cavities, tooling components, and precision equipment assemblies.

With high machining precision, controllable tolerances, and excellent surface finish, we support single-piece prototyping, small-batch customization, and large-scale standardized mass production. Leveraging our in-house casting, forging, and sheet metal production lines, we offer a one-stop solution for blank forming and precision finishing, effectively shortening delivery cycles and strictly controlling product precision to fully meet the requirements for precision components in high-end overseas equipment.

Sheet-Metal Fabrication

We provide high-precision custom sheet metal fabrication services, covering a full range of secondary processing techniques, including laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, shearing, rolling, riveting, welding, grinding, painting, anodizing, and brushing. We can process various types of sheet metal, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel.

The products feature smooth cuts, precise bends, and excellent consistency, making them suitable for equipment housings, rack covers, sheet metal enclosures, structural connectors, and engineering sheet metal components. We support customization based on non-standard drawings, small-batch prototyping, and large-scale mass production, with consistent lead times. Both the appearance and precision meet international export standards.

Equipment Assembly

Our factory is equipped with a specialized, standardized assembly workshop, large-scale assembly fixtures and equipment, and a professional technical assembly team. We have the capacity to assemble large-scale complete units weighing up to 1,000 metric tons and can undertake a wide range of projects, including the assembly of large mechanical equipment assemblies, frame assembly, hydraulic system assembly, modular equipment integration, and the assembly and commissioning of complete sets of engineering equipment.

We strictly adhere to international assembly process standards, meticulously performing component alignment, torque calibration, clearance adjustment, complete unit inspection, and no-load and load testing to comprehensively ensure stable equipment operation and eliminate any assembly-related risks. Leveraging our in-house full-industry-chain manufacturing capabilities, we independently produce all core components under unified quality control. We offer services ranging from component assembly to sub-assembly and complete unit delivery, effectively helping overseas customers streamline their procurement processes and reduce both assembly and time costs.
