【Material】Forged blanks of 40Cr and 42CrMo steel. Quenched and tempered to achieve base hardness HRC28~35; wear-resistant hardening treatment applied on sealing mating surfaces.
Purpose: Used in high-pressure hydraulic systems such as engineering machinery hydraulic cylinders (excavators, cranes, dump trucks), mining hydraulic equipment, large hydraulic presses, metallurgical hydraulic systems, marine hydraulic actuators, etc., to withstand hydraulic thrust, and are the key pressure-bearing and sealing basic parts of hydraulic actuators.
Material: 40Cr and 42CrMo steel forged blank. After quenching and tempering treatment, the matrix hardness reaches HRC28~35; the sealing mating surface undergoes wear-resistant hardening treatment.
